The Israeli military said it killed three fighters from Hamas, including a commander it said had infiltrated Israel during the 7 October 2023 attacks.
The military said the others included a platoon commander and an operative in Hamas’s military intelligence unit, but did not specify where or when they were killed.
Health authorities in the Gaza Strip say at least 72,585 Palestinians have been killed in Gaza since the launch of the Israeli genocidal war on the territory in October 2023. The vast majority of the victims were women and children.
Since the “ceasefire” agreement in October last year, at least 809 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli attacks on Gaza.
