2027: Galadima joins  Adamawa governorship race

Barely 3 weeks after resigning his position to participate in politics, the immediate past Executive Secretary of the Petroleum Technology Development Funds (PTDF) Alh. Ahmed Tijjani Galadima,  Friday, officially declared his intention to contest for the governorship seat of the state, under the platform of the APC in 2027 election. 

Galadima, made this declaration in Yola while addressing his  supportersbl and party loyalists who came out in their numbers to identify with him, and welcome him back to the state since his official resignation from office as PTDF Executive Secretary. 

He assured the people of Adamawa state of his commitment to serve the state  with high sense of honesty, sincerity, fear of God, passion for humanity and love for the common man if elected governor. 

He noted that his aspiration for Dougerei Government House Yola was not about politics but  about the future and development of the state.

state  borne out of genuine desire to contributes his quota to the development of the state, and is inline with the clarion calls by the people of the state to join the race and change the development trajectory of Adamawa. 

He said he will give the people of Adamawa state a visionary, responsible and result oriented leadership that is second to none and prioritised all the vital sectors of the state including youth empowerments and restore confidence in governance.

Galadima further commended the people of the state for their show of love, supports and solidarity.

 He assured them that he would not disappoint them, pledging run an all inclusive government that would be fair, honest and just to all.
