Rivers State Home of Meeting prepares to renew sitting at 10 a.m on Thursday.
Sources say the Meeting, led by Speaker Hon. Martin Amaewhule, will maintain its sitting on the Meeting Residential Advanced alongside the Aba-Port Harcourt Expressway.
It was gathered that the 27 lawmakers returned to the state a number of days earlier than the expiration of the State of Emergency Rule, which had been imposed by President Bola Tinubu and suspended democratic governance in Rivers.
At press time, the lawmakers, who’re already residing within the Meeting residential advanced, have been making ready to convene for his or her first sitting.
