Iranian state media said messages have been relayed to the US through Pakistan outlining what Tehran will not accept in any potential deal.
According to Fars, the points include Iran’s positions on nuclear issues and the Strait of Hormuz.
Sources said Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi is acting within established red lines and diplomatic channels.
The report added that the messages are not part of negotiations but an effort to clarify Iran’s stance on the regional situation.
