It would be recalled that the National Publicity Secretary of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Bolaji Abdullahi, had raised the alarm over an alleged plot by the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) to disrupt a summit scheduled to hold in Ibadan, Oyo State, on Saturday.

In a statement on Saturday morning, the opposition coalition spokesperson claimed that after being denied access to venues in Abuja, efforts were now being made to frustrate their gathering in Ibadan.

He said the development reflects a pattern of interference aimed at weakening opposition activities.

Abdullahi further accused the ruling party of hypocrisy, noting that while it publicly claims not to be threatened, its actions suggest otherwise.

Despite the alleged plot, the ADC Spokesman maintained that it would go ahead with the summit.FOLLOW US FOR MORE…
