Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi delivered Tehran’s negotiating demands, as well as its reservations about US demands, to Pakistani officials during his visit to Islamabad, a Pakistani source involved in the talks told Reuters.
US President Donald said Friday that Iran planned to make an offer aimed at satisfying US demands but that he did not know what the offer entailed.
Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth, meanwhile, said that Iran had a chance to make a “good deal” with the US.
“All they have to do is abandon a nuclear weapon in meaningful and verifiable ways,” he told told a Pentagon briefing.
