Lagos APC governorship primaries:  Jandor constitutes 2,690-member committee

A governorship aspirant on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos, Dr. Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran, also known as Jandor, Tuesday constituted a 2,690-member committee to work for the success of his candidature in the forth coming governorship primaries. 

The committee, which was set up by his campaign organisation was strategically structured to reflect the political architecture of Lagos state as it draws membership from all 245 political wards and the 20 local government areas of the state.

A statement issued by the spokesperson of ‘Jagaban- Jandor’ 2027 campaign organization, Gbenga Ogunleye, said the 2,690 member committee comprising 10 representatives selected from each of the 245 wards, 10 representatives drawn from each of the 20 LGAs and 40 at the state level.

Each 10-member unit at both ward and local government levels comprises of designated agents of the gubernatorial aspirant, media and communications personnel, security coordinators, grassroots mobilisers and canvassers.
