A Chief Justice of the Peace’s Court docket sitting in Osogbo, capital of Osun State, on Tuesday, ordered {that a} 38-year-old man, Olusola Busayo be remanded in Ilesa Correctional Centre over alleged rape.
Busayo, who claimed to be a bricklayer, was dragged to courtroom by the Osun State Police Command.
The Police slammed the defendant with a count- cost bordering on rape of a 25-year-old girl who resides with speech dysfunction.
Police prosecutor, Inspector Adejola Adesuyi knowledgeable the courtroom that the defendant unlawfully had carnal information of the girl with particular want.
