“Was He Sitting by the Window Waiting?” – Shehu Sani Shades Kwankwaso as Political Meeting Fails

Tension and drama have hit Nigeria’s political space again.

Former Kaduna senator, Shehu Sani, has taken a sharp jab at Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso after a planned meeting suddenly fell apart.

The issue started when Nafiu Bala failed to show up for a scheduled visit to Kwankwaso’s residence in Kano.

Kwankwaso was said to be disappointed.

But Sani didn’t hold back.

In a sarcastic post online, he mocked the situation, suggesting Kwankwaso was “waiting in the living room,” hoping to hear Bala’s car arrive.

That single comment has now set social media on fire.

This drama is happening in the middle of a serious crisis inside the African Democratic Congress.

Bala is currently fighting for control of the party, challenging leaders like David Mark and Rauf Aregbesola.

The failed meeting has only made things worse.

Many Nigerians now fear the party may not be ready for 2027 elections.
