US President Donald Trump said he had “held off” on targeting Iran’s largest electricity generation plant because negotiations were ongoing, adding that Iran had “agreed to never have nuclear weapons”.
He made the remarks while speaking at the swearing-in ceremony for the new US Homeland Security Secretary, Markwayne Mullin.
