JUST IN: Rivers chief decide refuses establishing panel to probe Fubara

The Chief Choose of Rivers State, Justice Simeon Amadi, has declined to represent a judicial panel to research Governor Siminalayi Fubara, citing a court docket order.

The Rivers State Home of Meeting had requested that Amadi arrange a seven-member panel to probe Fubara and his deputy, Ngozi Odu, over allegations of gross misconduct.

Justice Amadi said that the orders have been served on his workplace on January 16, 2026 and stay in power.
