The Nigerian Affiliation of Resident Docs has suspended its strike motion scheduled for Monday, January 12, following the intervention of Vice President Kashim Shettima.
The medical doctors have been pushing to start the strike as a consequence of persistent unmet calls for, together with fee of promotion and wage arrears, resumption and well timed completion of the collective bargaining Contract (CBA) course of, clear coverage on skipping/entry stage for chief executives, and failure to implement agreements, amongst different points.
