The 8 Division of the Nigerian Military has graduated 60 troopers from its fourth quarter primary battle course.

The division mentioned the commencement would bolster operational capability below Sector 2 of the Joint Activity Pressure (JTF) North West Operation Fansan Yamma.

The coaching lasted 9 weeks and was designed to instil “warrior ethos” and enhance the fight effectiveness of troops.

Basic Officer Commanding (GOC) 8 Division and commander Sector 2 JTF, Ibikunle Ademola Ajose, expressed satisfaction with the progress of the division’s coaching college.

Ajose mentioned he was happy with the enhancements in infrastructure and coaching, including that the beneficial properties have been seen in discipline stories.

He urged the graduating troopers to use their expertise and function mentors to their colleagues.

He mentioned, “Share your data particularly in weapon and dwell arms drills and let your self-discipline be an instance to others.”
