Northern States Governors’ Discussion board has strongly condemned the assault on Authorities Ladies’ Complete Senior Secondary College, Maga, in Danko/Wasagu Native Authorities Space of Kebbi, which led to the kidnapping of a number of college students and the reported killing of some officers.
Reacting to the unlucky incident, the Chairman of the Discussion board and Governor of Gombe State, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, described it as tragic, mindless, and completely unacceptable, noting that the continued concentrating on of colleges poses a grave threat to the area’s stability and the nation’s academic future.
