A navy Normal, M. Uba has been reportedly killed by members of the Islamic State-West Africa Province (ISWAP).
Uba was mentioned to have been kidnapped by members of the terrorist group after his convoy was ambushed on Friday, November 14.
In accordance with a counter-terrorism skilled, Zagazola Makama, the navy Normal served because the Brigade commander of Damboa.
Makama mentioned, “Gen. Uba, Brigade Commander of Damboa has been confirmed killed by ISWAP terrorists.

Recall that reviews on Normal Uba’s abduction had gone viral after the ambush of his convoy round Sabon Gari in Damboa Native Authorities Space, Borno State.
It was gathered that ISWAP fighters in an ambush opened hearth on a convoy of troopers and members of the Civilian Joint Job Drive (CJTF).
Two troopers and two personnel of the CJTF had been mentioned to have been killed on the spot.
