Human rights activist and presidential candidate of the African Motion Congress (AAC), Omoyele Sowore, has accused the Nigeria Police Power of brutalising Nnamdi Kanu’s lawyer, Barrister Aloy Ejimakor, his brother Emmanuel Kanu, and a number of other others whereas in detention.
Sowore made the allegation in an announcement on Wednesday, following his assembly with the detained people who have been arrested throughout the #FreeNnamdiKanuNow protest at Kuje Jail.
He revealed that he met with Ejimakor, Emmanuel Kanu, Barrister Knowledge Okere, and 10 different protesters, all of whom have been reportedly manhandled by safety operatives.
