The Nigerian Air Power stated that its Air Part of Working Hadin Kai efficiently neutralised over 25 terrorists in a coordinated night time operation at Bula Yobe and Banki on 18 September 2025.

‎Director of NAF Public Relations and Data, Air Commodore Ehimen Ejodame, stated the strikes have been carried out in passes on the terrorists’ motion.

‎“Performing on reviews from floor troops, a pressure bundle comprising Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) and assault plane have been deployed.

‎“The ISR platform established contact with floor forces, tracked terrorist actions and recognized a number of {groups} across the north of Banki.

‎“Actual-time updates have been relayed to floor troops and base operations, enabling synchronised motion.

‎“Subsequently, the strike plane engaged the terrorists in three successive precision strikes on their motion routes and meeting areas, successfully neutralising greater than 25 fighters.

‎“Submit-strike surveillance confirmed floor forces of their defensive positions with no additional threats noticed within the space.

‎“This profitable operation highlights NAF’s decisive help to floor forces, its resolve to disclaim terrorists freedom of motion, and its dedication to securing Nigeria’s North-East.”
